Before any treatment is performed, our team will discuss treatment and financial options with you in detail. This will help you to fully understand your dental treatment, what to anticipate in fees, and allow you time to make the necessary financial arrangements. Our calculations are estimated based on the coverage information given by your insurance company.

Dental plan benefits are determined by your insurance company, not our office. Your policy is a contract between you and your insurance company and payment is your responsibility. It is also your responsibility to know the terms and limitations of your policy, including deductibles, co-pays, maximums, coverage renewal as well as coordination of benefits. As a courtesy, our team will calculate your estimated copays based on your insurance coverage and our Office Manager will be happy to file your claim on your behalf as long as you present your dental plan wallet card and all required information. If you question or disagree with an insurance payment amount, please contact your insurance company directly.

For any amount not covered by insurance, our office accepts cash, check, CareCredit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

You are expected to pay for all treatment in full at the time of appointment if our office is unable to verify your dental plan information.
