We are a PPO provider. Most major dental insurances accepted. 

Prior to the start of treatment, our team will discuss financial options and what to anticipate in fees. Our calculations are estimated based on the coverage information given by your insurance company. 

Dental plan benefits are determined by your insurance company, not our office. Your policy is a contract between you and your insurance company and payment is your responsibility. It is also your responsibility to know the terms and limitations of your policy, including deductibles, co-pays, maximums, coverage renewal as well as coordination of benefits. As a courtesy, our team will calculate your estimated cost of the visit based on your insurance coverage.

For any amount not covered by insurance, our office accepts CareCredit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, check or cash.
